You would have to purchase your own pair of TOMS or if you own one already…even better! You would have to mail the shoes to me and I charge just for the art, half of the charge due when you send me the shoes and the other half when it’s finished. I’m still pretty new at this as far as perfecting my technique and figuring out how I can make this work. feel free to message me if you have any other questions. mahalo! webster
